Cancellation Policy

1. Suite Reservations

At Calmorol, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy for virtual suite reservations is designed to be flexible and fair:

- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in: Full refund of virtual currency

- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before check-in: 75% refund of virtual currency

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in: 50% refund of virtual currency

- No-shows: No refund

2. Event Tickets

For virtual events at Calmorol:

- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event: Full refund of virtual currency

- Cancellations made 24-72 hours before the event: 75% refund of virtual currency

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event: No refund

- Event tickets may be transferred to another user up to 24 hours before the event

3. Premium Memberships

If you have purchased a premium membership using virtual currency:

- Cancellations within 14 days of purchase: Full refund of virtual currency if the membership benefits have not been used

- Cancellations after 14 days: Prorated refund based on the remaining membership period

4. In-App Purchases

For virtual currency packages and other in-app purchases:

- All purchases are final and non-refundable once the virtual currency has been added to your account

- If there are technical issues with your purchase and you did not receive your virtual currency, please contact our support team

5. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation:

1. Log in to your Calmorol account

2. Navigate to "My Reservations" or "My Purchases"

3. Select the item you wish to cancel

4. Click the "Cancel" button and follow the prompts

6. Modifications to Reservations

- Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability

- If the modification results in a higher cost, you will be charged the difference in virtual currency

- If the modification results in a lower cost, you will be refunded the difference according to the cancellation policy timeframes

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of technical issues, platform maintenance, or other situations beyond your control, please contact our support team for assistance.
